*4 yr olds and young 5 yr olds that have not yet entered Kindergarten
This is an all-important developmental year for the emerging learner. It is through the Pre-K Program that a child will gain the final components of literacy and math knowledge to prepare for kindergarten. Pre-K children will be learning sound and letter relationships and will expand their understanding of the meaning of words and stories. They will learn to understand math concepts such as more and less, and their number sense will grow.
